Refund and Returns Policy

1. Final Sale Policy

Due to the intimate and personal nature of our products (pre-worn men’s essentials), all sales are final. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an item has been dispatched.

2. Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is marked as “Shipped,” it can no longer be cancelled.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we maintain strict quality control, if you receive an item that is significantly different from the description or the wrong product entirely, please contact us at info@munderly.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. In these rare cases, we will evaluate the situation and may offer a store credit or replacement at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Non-Delivery

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as “Undeliverable,” you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
