These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Munderly. Munderly is an 18+ men-focused classifieds and community platform that helps members discover listings, create profiles, communicate directly and take part in the community. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines and, where you sell, our Seller & Listing Guidelines.

1. Who may use Munderly

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use member features. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you have notified us of unauthorised access.

2. Munderly is a classifieds platform

Member listings are classified advertisements. Munderly provides discovery, profile, listing and messaging tools; it does not normally collect the purchase price for member-to-member listings and is not the buyer or seller of those items. Buyers and sellers agree the price, payment method, postage, collection and any other transaction details directly with each other.

Any future Munderly-owned retail shop is separate from member classifieds and may use its own checkout, payment and returns terms.

3. Member-to-member transactions

Before agreeing a transaction, members should check the listing, ask questions, consider the seller profile and agree clear payment and delivery arrangements. Verification badges, account age, reviews or other profile information may provide useful context but are not a guarantee that a member, item or transaction is risk-free.

Unless Munderly expressly says otherwise for a specific service, Munderly does not provide escrow, buyer protection, payment processing, shipping insurance or a guarantee for private member transactions. Any rights you have against another member may depend on the circumstances and applicable law.

4. Seller plans and subscriptions

Munderly may offer Free, Starter, Plus or other seller plans. Current prices, listing allowances and included features are shown when a seller chooses a plan. Paid plans are subscriptions to Munderly platform features and are separate from payments between buyers and sellers.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically through our payment provider until cancelled. You can manage or cancel renewal through the available billing tools. Changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to the plan information shown at purchase, our published refund terms and any statutory rights that apply. Munderly does not take a commission from a private member sale merely because the seller uses a paid plan.

5. Listings and seller responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that listings are lawful, accurate and current. Listings must use genuine images, an accurate condition, a realistic description and the correct category where reasonably possible. Sellers must promptly update or remove items that are no longer available.

Additional requirements appear in the Seller & Listing Guidelines. Munderly may hide, restrict, reject or remove listings that breach our rules or create a safety, legal, payment-provider or platform risk.

6. Prohibited content and activity

You must not use Munderly to post, request, sell, promote or distribute unlawful material; stolen or counterfeit goods; weapons or dangerous items; illegal drugs; prohibited medicines; sexual services; exploitative content; content involving minors; non-consensual intimate material; scams; malware; or anything that infringes another person's rights.

Munderly allows an adult-oriented clothing niche, including lawful pre-owned underwear and related garments, but this does not make the platform a pornography or sexual-services service. Listings, profiles and community content must stay within the presentation and conduct rules in our Seller and Community Guidelines.

7. Community and messaging

You must communicate respectfully and must not harass, threaten, stalk, impersonate, defraud or pressure other members. Unsolicited spam, abusive behaviour and attempts to obtain another person's private information without a legitimate reason are prohibited.

Private messages are intended for member communication, listing enquiries and support. They are not treated as public content. However, authorised Munderly administrators may access or review messages where reasonably necessary to investigate a report, protect users, detect fraud or abuse, provide support, enforce our rules or comply with legal obligations. Administrative access may be logged for accountability.

8. Verification

Munderly may require email, age, identity/authenticity or other verification for certain features, particularly seller access. Verification helps us apply platform rules but does not amount to an endorsement, warranty or guarantee of a member's conduct or a particular transaction.

You must not falsify verification information, submit another person's material or attempt to bypass verification controls.

9. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create, subject to any rights belonging to others. By uploading content to Munderly, you give us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, resize, process and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate and promote the service.

You must have the right to upload anything you post. You are responsible for removing personal or sensitive information you do not want other members to see.

10. Moderation and account action

We may investigate reports and take proportionate action, including warnings, hiding content, restricting messaging or selling, removing listings, suspending features or closing accounts. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to immediate restriction without prior warning where necessary to protect the platform or its users.

We may preserve information where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, dispute handling, security, legal compliance or enforcement, subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Munderly available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted access. Features may change as the platform develops. We may add, modify, suspend or retire features, plans or technical integrations, and will provide reasonable notice where a change materially affects a paid service when appropriate.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Munderly is not responsible for losses caused by transactions arranged directly between members, inaccurate member content, third-party payment or delivery services, or events outside our reasonable control.

You remain responsible for deciding whether to deal with another member and for the payment and delivery arrangements you choose.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, including account data, verification information, messages, moderation records, analytics and communications.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Munderly develops or where legal, safety or operational requirements change. The current version will be published on Munderly with an updated date. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means the new Terms apply to your future use, subject to applicable law.

15. Governing law and contact
