Munderly is an 18+ men-focused classifieds and community platform. These guidelines apply to profiles, Community posts, comments, media, private messages, listings and other member interactions.

1. Adults only

You must be at least 18 to use Munderly member features. Content involving or appearing to involve minors in a sexual, exploitative or otherwise inappropriate context is strictly prohibited and may be reported where required.

2. Treat people with respect

Disagreement is allowed; abuse is not. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, humiliate or deliberately target another member. Hate speech, degrading attacks and encouragement of violence are prohibited.

3. Respect boundaries in messages

Do not repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop. Do not send unsolicited explicit images, sexual material, threats, scams or spam. Listing conversations should stay focused on genuine questions and arrangements unless both members freely choose to discuss something else that remains within Munderly's rules.

4. No sexual services or exploitative content

Munderly's clothing niche can be adult-oriented without becoming a sexual-services platform. Do not advertise or request sexual services, paid sexual activity, non-consensual intimate material, exploitation, coercion or content intended primarily as explicit pornography.

5. Keep public media non-explicit

Profiles, Community posts and listing imagery must not show visible genitals, sexual activity or explicit bodily-fluid content. Suggestive or modelled clothing imagery may be acceptable where it remains non-explicit, lawful and appropriate to the context.

6. Protect privacy

Do not publish another person's address, phone number, private messages, intimate material or other sensitive information without a legitimate reason and appropriate permission. Never threaten to expose, blackmail or embarrass another member using private information.

7. Be genuine

Do not impersonate another person, create misleading identities for fraud, manipulate verification, fabricate transactions or use fake engagement to mislead the community.

8. No scams or harmful links

Do not use Munderly to phish for credentials, distribute malware, run advance-fee scams, promote fraudulent investments or trick members into sending money or sensitive information.

9. Keep commercial activity relevant

Seller listings belong in the classifieds tools. Do not spam the Community or private messages with repetitive advertising, referral links or unrelated promotions. Business or promotional activity may be limited where it disrupts the member experience.

10. Reporting and moderation

If something appears to break these rules, use the available reporting tools or contact Munderly. Reports should be made in good faith. Do not weaponise reporting to harass another member.

Moderators may review reported content, profiles, listings and relevant account information when investigating safety or rule concerns.

11. Private-message moderation

Private messages are not routinely public or displayed to other members. Authorised Munderly administrators may access a conversation where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, support, investigating a report, enforcing platform rules or complying with legal obligations. Administrative conversation access may be logged, and moderation views are designed not to silently change members' own read/unread state.

12. Possible action

Depending on the circumstances, Munderly may issue a warning, remove content, flag a conversation, restrict messaging, restrict selling, suspend features or close an account. Serious safety issues may lead to immediate action.

13. Help keep Munderly useful

Good community behaviour is simple: be genuine, respect boundaries, describe things accurately and remember that there is another person on the other side of the screen.
