Seller & Listing Guidelines
Last updated: 8 October 2026.
These guidelines apply to anyone creating or managing a listing on Munderly. They are designed to keep the classifieds useful, accurate and suitable for an 18+ men-focused community.
1. List only items you are entitled to sell
You must own the item or have permission to sell it. Do not list stolen goods, counterfeit goods, items that infringe another person's rights, or anything prohibited by law or Munderly rules.
2. Use accurate listing information
Choose the most appropriate category and brand, enter a realistic price and describe the item as it actually is. Do not use misleading titles, hidden conditions or claims that could give a buyer a false impression.
Munderly currently uses the condition choices New with tags, New without tags and Used. Choose the one that genuinely applies.
3. Describe wear, defects and washing honestly
For used items, mention visible wear, marks, damage, repairs, fading, missing parts or other material defects. Where relevant, state whether the item has been washed or cleaned. Do not make health, hygiene or safety claims that you cannot support.
4. Photos must represent the actual item
Use clear, recent photographs of the item you are selling. Do not use another seller's photos without permission. Images must not include nudity, visible genitals, sexual activity, explicit bodily-fluid content, minors or other material that breaches the Community Guidelines.
Modelled clothing photos may be used where they remain non-explicit and the focus is clearly the garment or gear rather than sexual content.
5. Pre-owned underwear and similar garments
Munderly may allow lawful pre-owned underwear, socks, jocks and similar clothing within the relevant categories. These are still clothing listings. Do not turn a listing into an offer for sexual services, custom sexual activity, explicit content or other prohibited conduct. Avoid graphic sexual descriptions or claims involving bodily fluids.
6. One genuine listing per item
Do not flood Browse with duplicate or near-duplicate listings for the same item. If an item is sold or no longer available, mark it sold, hide it or remove it promptly.
7. Historical Munderly listings must be reviewed
Listings migrated from the previous marketplace architecture may be hidden until the seller reviews and saves them using the current listing form. Before republishing an older listing, check its photos, description, category, brand, condition and price. Old content is not automatically approved simply because it existed on the previous site.
8. Pricing and negotiation
Set a price in good faith. Buyers may contact you through Messages to ask questions or discuss the final price. Do not use deceptive pricing, hidden mandatory charges or misleading discounts.
9. Payment and delivery are arranged directly
Munderly member listings do not use a normal platform checkout. Buyer and seller agree payment and postage or collection directly. Be clear about postage costs, dispatch expectations and any tracking you intend to provide before money changes hands.
Do not claim that Munderly guarantees, insures or protects a private transaction unless Munderly explicitly provides that specific service.
10. Seller verification
Sellers may be asked to complete email, age and authenticity verification and to accept current seller terms before receiving or keeping seller access. Do not share verification links, falsify verification material or submit another person's identity or image.
11. Seller plans and listing limits
Your active listing allowance and seller tools depend on your current Munderly Seller Plan. Do not attempt to bypass listing limits by creating duplicate accounts, duplicate listings or other workarounds. If your plan expires or changes, some seller features or listing capacity may change accordingly.
12. Prohibited listings
Do not list illegal goods, stolen or counterfeit items, weapons, drugs, prohibited medicines, tobacco or nicotine products, sexual services, explicit pornography, exploitative material, content involving minors, malware, fraudulent offers or other goods/services prohibited by Munderly or applicable law.
Munderly may also remove a listing where a payment, hosting, verification or other infrastructure provider reasonably requires us to do so.
13. Respect intellectual property
Do not misuse brand names, logos or copyrighted images. If an item is unbranded, say so rather than selecting a famous brand to gain visibility.
14. Communicate responsibly
Use Messages for genuine enquiries and transaction arrangements. Do not pressure, threaten, harass or repeatedly contact someone who has asked you to stop. Do not send unsolicited explicit material.
15. Enforcement
Munderly may edit presentation metadata, hide a listing, request changes, restrict seller features or remove content that breaches these rules. Serious or repeated breaches may result in seller suspension or account action.
If you are unsure whether an item is suitable, contact info@munderly.co.uk before listing it.
